THE JULIA VILLAGE
It is situated in a place called “ Baia Manaccora”, 6 km far away from Peschici, in a wide mediterranean pinewood. The Julia Village is a complex of residential units located in a panoramic position, slopping down towards the sea. The apartments, with private entrance, are furnished in a simple and functional way. Some flats are recently renovated, furnished in a comfortable way and equipped with colour TV, for which there is a "INN" supplement. The Village, which proposes both the residence treatment and the hotel treatment, reserves its guests a holiday of fun and relaxation.

- ONE-ROOM FLAT FOR 3 PEOPLE: (35 sq.m.) comprising a living room with a double sofa-bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, balcony.
- ONE-ROOM FLAT FOR 4 PEOPLE: (35 sq. m.) comprising a living room with a double bed and bunk-beds, kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower, balcony.
- TWO-ROOM FLAT FOR 4 PEOPLE: (40 sq.m.) comprinsing a double bedroom, living room with two sofa-beds, one of which is pull out , kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower, balcony.
- THREE-ROOM FLAT FOR 6 PEOPLE: (45 sq. m.) comprising a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk-beds, living room with a double pull out sofa-bed, kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower and balcony.
- HOTEL TREATMENT: accomodation usually occurs in the same one- room flat of residence treatment or in bedrooms furnished in a simple and functional way, and however at tthe direction's discretion.

MANDATORY WEEKLY CAR (mandatory from 07/06 to 13/09): € 35,00/per person ( children up to four years old free); it includes the use of the swimming – pools, the use of the sports centre, animation, disco,...
BEACH SERVICE( 1 sun umbrella + 1 deck chair + 1 sun bed): on request, daily € 16,00, weekly € 56,00 (in the season A and B), € 77,00 in the other periods. Sun umbrella at the first row: daily supplement of € 3,00; additional bed € 52,00 in A – B – C – D season, € 78,00 in E – F – G season; “INN” supplemento: weekly, € 130,00; supplement od 10% for flats at first and second row (all the season).
