- THREE – ROOMS FLAT FOR 4 PEOPLE: 40/45 sq.m., comprising double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, living room with kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower, veranda ( 8 sq. m.)
- FOUR – ROOMS FLAT FOR 6 PEOPLE: 60 sq.m., comprising two doublebedrooms, bedroom with two single beds, living room with kitchen facilities, bathroom with shower, veranda (8 sq. m.)

MANDATORY SURCHARGES TO BE PAID ON SITE:
mandatory deposit € 100,00 ; final cleaning two-rooms /three – rooms flat € 35,00, four – rooms flat € 40,00 ( guests have to clean the kitchen facilities or pay a € 30,00 fee); mandatory weekly expenses including the utilities – electricity, gas and water ( two – rooms flat for 3 people € 35,00 ; two – rooms flat for 4 people / three – rooms flat for 4 people € 45,00 ; four – rooms flat for 6 people: € 50,00). Mandatory weekly card(children up to six years old free): not mandatory in the A season, € 20,00/person in the seasons B/C, € 25,00/person in the others seasons. It includes swimming pool use (with the whirpool use), the beach service ( 1 sun ombrella + 1 deckchair + 1 sun bed / 2 sun umbrellas for the four – rooms flat), discount on trips planned on the catalogues. Additional bed or cot (on request): (not in two-room flats), € 40,00 in A/B seasons, € 55,00 in C/D/E, € 75,00 in the others seasons; bed linen , on request, € 6,00/person per week (mandatory weekly change )

EARLY BOOKINGS:
10 % discount when booking at least two weeks, confirmed before 30th April, 2008 (this shall not apply to stay, even partially, in the seasona A and G/H).
SPECIAL WEEK:
10 % discount for the week 26th July - 2nd August only if the following week is included; 15% discount for the week 23th August - 30th August, only if the following is included.
